Fraternity and sorority registration

Formally registering fraternities and sororities is entirely optional, and there is no deadline for submitting an application. However, TeeBAcademy recommends that students do so before the start of the second semester to begin tracking and recording their academic achievements and earning credits as soon as classes begin. Below are the details that interested students must include in their application.

Name of the fraternity or sorority: A single word or proper noun. It is suggested to consult TeeBAcademy’s Cosmic Dictionary if inspiration is needed. The use of names, nicknames, or usernames of academy members is not permitted to avoid confusion.

Color: A color that represents the fraternity or sorority. It is suggested to include the hexadecimal value for a specific shade.

Members: Name and ID number of each member of the fraternity or sorority. You must also indicate which member(s) will preside over the fraternity or sorority.

Specialization(s):  Members’ fields of study or topics of interest. If there are no specific areas of specialization, you may select "any" or "all."

Motto (optional): A short phrase that represents the principles, purpose, or beliefs of the fraternity or sorority. Insults, vulgar language, or phrases that incite violence or harassment are not permitted.

Contact Information: At least one email address, social media account, or website. You can include the personal accounts or email addresses of the leader(s) or create a specific one for the fraternity or sorority.

Failure to comply with any of these guidelines will result in the rejection of the application. However, members of the fraternity or sorority may submit a new application after making the necessary corrections.
